Prior to installation, our team worked closely with the gas station to plan the wash bay layout based on the site’s existing conditions. This included ensuring a level and hardened ground surface, proper drainage, and electrical and water configurations that meet the equipment’s operational standards – laying a solid foundation for stable, long-term performance.

Throughout the installation process, our technicians followed standardized procedures for equipment positioning, anchoring, and water and electrical connections, with meticulous checks on pipeline sealing and wiring safety. During the commissioning phase, each functional module – including spray rinse, foam application, wax polish, and drying – was individually tested. Both no-load trial runs and live vehicle tests confirmed smooth, stable operation across all cycles.

The Tianyi fully automatic car wash system accommodates a wide range of common vehicle types, including sedans and SUVs. With its user-friendly design, car owners can conveniently access the car wash service after refueling – saving time and completing both tasks in one seamless stop.

Since going live, the system has not only enriched the station’s service offerings but also provided passing motorists with a practical and efficient car wash option.
